Terms of Service
General terms governing Red Rocket Cloud hosting, billing, accounts, and related services.
1. Accounts
Customers must provide accurate account information, maintain control of their credentials, and use services only for lawful purposes consistent with the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Orders and billing
Prices and billing periods are shown before checkout. Recurring services renew according to the billing cycle selected at purchase unless cancelled or otherwise changed through the client portal.
3. Service activation
Hosting services may be provisioned automatically after successful payment. Some orders may require review or additional processing before activation.
4. Suspension and termination
Services may be suspended for nonpayment, security risks, abuse, or material violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where reasonable, we will attempt to provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
5. Customer content and backups
Customers remain responsible for their content, applications, licenses, and independent backups. Any backup service offered by Red Rocket Cloud should be treated as an additional recovery mechanism rather than the customer's only copy of important data.
6. Third-party software
Hosting environments may include or support third-party software and services governed by their own licenses and terms.
7. Changes
Red Rocket Cloud may update these terms as services evolve. Material changes should be communicated through the website, client portal, or account contact information as appropriate.
