Acceptable Use Policy

1. Normal shared-hosting use

Red Rocket Cloud hosting is intended for websites, web applications, email, databases, and related services associated with legitimate hosted domains and projects.

2. Unlimited bandwidth

Bandwidth is unmetered for normal website and email traffic. Shared hosting may not be used primarily as a public file mirror, software distribution node, video streaming platform, CDN origin for unusually large public downloads, or general-purpose backup repository. We may contact customers whose usage materially affects the performance or availability of shared infrastructure.

3. Prohibited activity

• Spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, fraud, or credential theft.
• Malware distribution, botnets, command-and-control infrastructure, or deliberate exploitation of third-party systems.
• Cryptocurrency mining or other sustained compute workloads unrelated to normal website hosting.
• Content or activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
• Attempts to bypass resource, security, or account restrictions.

4. Resource fairness

Plans include published storage, inode, website, email, database, and performance limits. We may temporarily restrict or suspend activity that threatens system stability, security, or other customers while we work with the account owner on a resolution.

5. Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, keeping applications updated, and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized use of their account.
